Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott (born June 16 1987) is an American comedian and actress. She was a member of Saturday Night Live from 2008 until 2012 and has since been a part of the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. The actress is daughter of of actor and comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City, the elder of two children. She is the daughter Paula Niedert, a talent coordinator, and Chris Elliott, an actor/comedian. Her grandfather was a radio comedy Bob Elliott. Their younger sister actor Bridey Elliott, was also raised in Wilton. She attended Immaculate High School Danbury, Connecticut where she was an actor in school plays and musicals. After graduating Immaculate High School in 2005 she attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York City however she dropped out in her first semester. Elliott also dated Fred Armisen in 2010. The couple broke up in September of 2011. On September 3, 2016, Elliott tied the knot with Bill Kennedy, a television writer. Edith Pepper Kennedy was born to them. Elliott began comedy classes at The Groundlings. He then began his training and began performing in sketch comedy shows with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles.
