Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October 1978) is an American actress. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. The series was launched with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian, social worker and former and JoAnn Cook who is a weaver and instructor of cooking. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook first appeared in an advertisement for public service in foster care at seven years of age, and began her career as a child print model at 10 years old, appearing in national ads for Target and appearing on the milk-bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
